Welding Fume Extraction
Exento HighVac

Compact design, maximum protection:
Thanks to its particularly high filter quality, the Exento HighVac mobile high vacuum extraction system removes more than 99.9 % of captured welding fume particles, resulting in significantly lower welding fume exposure.

In combination with the powerful Exento fume extraction torch, the high vacuum system captures the welding fumes directly at the source. It is equipped with an extra large, vertically mounted filter cartridge, thereby ensuring particularly effective cleaning.

Welding Fume Extraction
Exento LowVac

The Exento LowVac mobile low vacuum extraction system protects users from welding fumes in an effective manner and is highly cost-effective thanks to its long service life.

It has a disposable filter with a particularly large filter area at 25 m2, which is replaced with a clean one when saturated.

MIG/MAG welding fume extraction
Exento fume extraction torch

Exento fume extraction torches and extraction sets eliminate the welding fumes directly where they are produced. Welding fumes are detected before they are able to spread, which not only protects the welder, but also all of the other people in the vicinity.

Exento fume extraction torches are the perfect complement to Exento HighVac systems. They meet the requirements of standard DIN EN ISO 21904-1 Health and safety in welding and allied processes.

Five different power categories:
3x air-cooled and 2x water-cooled
Extraction capacity controlled directly on the handle
Four different user interfaces available:

The plasma welding process is very similar to the TIG welding process, but has a number of key advantages. The main reasons for using a plasma welding system are always the reliable, top-quality results and higher welding speeds. This applies to all chrome-nickel materials, coated and uncoated steels, titanium and all nickel-based materials. Application areas include the automotive supply industry, pipeline and container construction, mechanical engineering and structural steelwork, rail vehicle construction and shipbuilding.

Robotics Change Stations
Robacta CTC – Contact tip changer

Automatic contact tip changeover in just 50 seconds.

Changing the contact tip manually is time-consuming and necessitates an interruption to production. The Robacta CTC automates this work step. Changing the tip takes no more than 50 seconds - without production being halted for someone to intervene.

Pre-defined torques also reduce the risk of operating errors by maintenance personnel, thus extending the service life of the equipment.

Versions:
- Contact tip M6 ø8 / Gas nozzle ø25
- Contact tip M6 ø8 / Gas nozzle ø27
- Contact tip M8x1.5 ø10 / Gas nozzle ø25
- Contact tip M8x1,5 ø10 / Gas nozzle ø27

Steel Mechanical Cleaning - MIG/MAG robot welding torches
Robacta Reamer Single/Twin

Mechanical cleaning using milling cutter; Cleaning time of 4.5–6.5 seconds; Clean single and twin welding torches with one device; Suitable for torch bodies with 0°, 4°, 8°, and 11° contact tip angles; Wire cutter integrated in the clamping system; Robot probe for checking the TCP; Optional: various cleaning cutters, gas flow control, TCP Touch Sense

Steel Mechanical Cleaning - MIG/MAG robot welding torches
Robacta Reamer V Comfort

Mechanical cleaning using milling cutter; Cleaning time of 4.5–6 seconds; Parting agent is specifically applied to wear parts via a separate, sealed unit that prevents contamination of the robot cell; Level sensor for cleaning fluid; Separate collecting container for parting agent residues reduces contamination in the robot cell; Integrated TCP check: Detection of TCP displacement and contact tip wear via TCP Touch Sense; Robot probe for checking the TCP; Optional: electric wire cutter, various cleaning cutters, possibility of additional sensors (e.g., wire end sensor), gas flow control

Steel Mechanical Cleaning - MIG/MAG robot welding torches
Robacta Reamer V Easy

Mechanical cleaning using milling cutter; Cleaning time of 3–5 seconds; Milling cutter specifically targets wear parts when applying parting agent; Saves time by cleaning and spraying in one position; Dirt discharge into collection vessel; Robot probe for checking the TCP; Optional: electric wire cutter, various cleaning cutters, gas flow control

Aluminum & CuSi Cleaning - MIG/MAG robot welding torches
Robacta Reamer aluminum brush head

Wear parts cleaned using a brush head on the inside and outside of the gas nozzle; Cleaning time of 3–5 seconds; Optimal access to gas nozzle and contact tip; Quick, tool-free replacement of cleaning brushes; Areas to be cleaned can be selected precisely according to the amount of soiling; Robot probe for checking the TCP; Optional: electric wire cutter, gas flow control

Steel Magnetic Cleaning - MIG/MAG robot welding torches
Robacta TC 2000 / TC 2000 Twin

Contactless magnetic cleaning; Cleaning time of 0.5 seconds; TCP is not affected; Service life of gas nozzle is ten times longer compared with mechanical cleaning, since wear part surfaces are not damaged; Available for practically all torch geometries and gas nozzle shapes; Parting agent vessel with level monitoring and automatic refilling; Cleaning possible from 20 seconds charging time; 50 seconds charging time until maximum magnetic flux density is available for the cleaning process; Collecting container for welding residues; Four different coils: 30 mm, 35 mm, Twin, LaserHybrid; Optional: electric wire cutter

Robotics Change Stations
Robacta TX/i
Automatic torch body changeover

Automatic torch body changeover in just 30 seconds.

The complete torch body is changed automatically without the need for human intervention while production continues. This ensures that all wearing parts that impact on the TCP and weld seam quality are replaced.

When the Robacta TX/i is used, different torch body geometries can be applied alternately - in one robot cell. Depending on the application, a whole welding cell can be saved.

Robot Welding Torches

Push system and a Push/Pull system, which involves attaching a second wirefeeder directly to the torch body. This provides a stable welding process, even in the case of long wirefeed distances, soft filler metals, or special applications, such as CMT. Water-cooled versions of all robot welding torches are also available.

Accessories - Safety boots
Safety boots S3

Thanks to the high-grade materials used (real leather, for example), the S3 safety boot is water-, oil- and dirt-repellent. Its excellent fit owes a great deal to its natural orthopaedic leather lining and the interchangeable footbed insoles. The sole provides excellent protection, thanks to its acid resistance, antistatic charge, penetration resistance and contact-heat resistance up to 300 °C. The S3 safety boot is available in sizes 39 - 47.

Automated Welding - Cladding
SpeedClad 2.0

A new dimension in cladding
In comparison with SpeedClad Twin, the new cladding process only requires one electrode and one wire for the same or quicker welding speeds. Considerably fewer wear parts and less maintenance work are clear benefits of this process.

In addition, the much slimmer welding torch allows for the cladding of small interior diameters.
