With a very high proportion of chrome carbides embedded in an extremely stable matrix, VAUTID W78A produces castings which achieve a long service life, even under extreme conditions. VAUTID W78A has proved ideal in situations where severe impact is combined with highly abrasive media.
Recommended applications:
Cast components that are exposed to temperatures up to 400°C.
Components that are subjected to very severe abrasion and significant impact g. hammers, impact heads, chisels, and beater bars.
